Vibrant Self Counseling
Wherever you are on your healing journey, being here is a meaningful step toward recovery and self-empowerment.
Therapy that meets you where you are.
Helping clients rebuild their relationship with food and their bodies, move through grief and loss, and find steadiness during life’s transitions.
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to carrying a lot on your own. I create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to explore what healing looks like for you.
Much of my work focuses on supporting people in eating disorder recovery and helping them build a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. I also support clients moving through grief, anxiety, relationship changes, postpartum challenges, and other seasons of life that feel heavy or uncertain.
Maybe food and body thoughts take up more mental space than you want them to. Maybe you’re grieving, navigating a big life change, or simply feeling overwhelmed by where life has taken you. Recovery is rarely linear, but every effort toward yourself counts.
I commonly support clients with:
Eating disorder recovery
Healing body image and relationships with food
“Food noise” and diet culture exhaustion
Grief and loss
Anxiety and major life transitions
Relationship changes and breakups
Postpartum depression and anxiety
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to schedule a free consultation so we can talk about what support might look like for you.

All therapists are somewhat different and personalities need to match. My approach is through listening. I help my clients understand that you are in charge of you, I am only here to guide your progress. I try to instill body neutrality and that food is not the enemy.
